We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible: Use email address [email protected] the subject as 'Changes'. Include your order number. Include the desired changes.

Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.
When customers make their order, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. So if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still able to track all items in your order.
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.
Please note that we require 2 to 7 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. We will always provide you with a tracking number with every order.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

Please note that Ambit Depot Store must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a full refund or replacement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Ambit Depot Store, you are welcome to return it. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. For returns, please email [email protected] with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do not send back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment shortly after. Ambit Depot Store monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Customers can return goods once Ambit Depot Store has been notified and the return is made within 30 days from you receive your order. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
We offer FREE and payed international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. BringWish Store does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.
Ambit Depot provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation.
